This website is operated by ASIA'NOBLE, a brand of HOBO HK CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we", "us", "our").

We offer this website, including all information, tools, content, and products, on the condition that you accept the terms stated here.

By using this website, you confirm that:

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, in whole or in part, without notice where we reasonably consider it necessary.

3. Products, Descriptions and Pricing

We take care to describe and photograph every piece accurately.

Our jewelry is handcrafted using natural stones, jade, pearl, shell, colored-glaze, and silver. Natural and hand-finished materials vary in colour, pattern, texture, and surface detail from piece to piece. These variations are part of each item's character and are not defects. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time you complete checkout apply to your order.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and pricing information current, but errors can occur. Where an item has been listed at a materially incorrect price or with a materially incorrect description, we may cancel the affected order under Section 4 and refund you in full.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where:

The item is unavailable or out of stock
A pricing or description error has occurred
Payment cannot be verified or is declined
The order appears to be fraudulent, or placed for resale
We are unable to ship to the address provided, or shipping to the destination is restricted

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, processing times, delivery estimates, customs duties, and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return eligibility, non-returnable items, return shipping costs, refund timeframes, and order cancellation are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personalized, custom-made, and customized-size items are made to order and are final sale, except where they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, and the Asia Noble Studio name and branding — is owned by or licensed to HOBO HK CO., LIMITED and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes, including product listings, advertising, or resale, without our prior written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to us or to our review platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our website, marketing, and social media, with attribution where appropriate.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions — including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
