Once your return is received and inspected:

- Processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
- We recommend tracked shipping

As our products are predominantly handcrafted and made to order, handcrafted cannot be refunded.
It is imperative to double-check the spelling of names and selected finishes when placing.
Once handcraf has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for these personalized pieces.
