Warranty & Repairs Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
At ASIA'NOBLE, every piece is made and finished by hand with careful attention to materials, construction and wearability. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
This Warranty & Repairs Policy explains our voluntary commercial warranty, what is and is not considered a manufacturing defect, how repairs are handled, and how these terms interact with your statutory consumer rights.
1. ONE-YEAR LIMITED CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
ASIA'NOBLE provides a one-year limited craftsmanship warranty on our jewelry, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during normal and reasonable use.
It is provided at no additional charge and is separate from any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country or region.
Examples of issues that may be covered include:
- A clasp, connector or fastening component that fails because of a manufacturing defect;
- Premature failure of the original elastic cord, thread, stringing material, jewelry wire or beading wire caused by defective materials or workmanship;
- A component that was improperly secured, crimped, tied, connected or assembled during production;
- Premature failure of the original stringing or assembly caused by a workmanship defect;
- A material or construction defect that materially affects the normal wearability of the piece;
- Premature failure of plating, coating or surface finish where ASIA'NOBLE determines that the issue resulted from a manufacturing or finishing defect rather than normal wear; or
- Another issue that ASIA'NOBLE determines, after inspection, resulted from defective materials or workmanship.
Coverage is determined based on the condition of the piece, the nature of the issue and the circumstances in which it occurred.
2. WHAT THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Our one-year commercial warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse or the natural characteristics of the materials used.
Examples include:
- Normal scratches, scuffs, dents, surface wear or changes in finish;
- Natural tarnishing or oxidation of sterling silver;
- Normal fading, wear or gradual loss of plating, coating or surface finish through regular use;
- Gradual wear, stretching, loss of elasticity, abrasion or fraying of elastic cord, thread, stringing materials or other flexible components through regular use;
- Gradual fatigue, kinking, bending or breakage of jewelry wire or beading wire resulting from normal wear, repeated flexing, pulling or excessive force;
- Gradual loosening or wear of knots, crimps or connections caused by prolonged use rather than defective workmanship;
- Damage caused by pulling, snagging, dropping, crushing, impact or excessive force;
- Bending, twisting or repeatedly over-opening silver clasps, fittings, connectors or adjustable components;
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling;
- Damage associated with prolonged exposure to water, household chemicals, cleaning products, perfume, cosmetics or other substances inconsistent with our care guidance;
- Stones or components damaged through impact after delivery;
- Loss, theft or loss of individual beads or components after use;
- Alterations, resizing, restringing or repairs performed by a third party where the issue was caused or materially contributed to by that work; or
- Cosmetic or material characteristics that fall within the normal variations described below.
Normal wear does not necessarily mean that a piece cannot be repaired. In many cases, we may still be able to offer a paid repair service even when the issue is not covered by the warranty.
3. NATURAL STONES & NATURAL MATERIALS
Natural stones are formed by nature rather than manufactured to a perfectly uniform specification. No two stones are exactly alike.
Depending on the material, natural stones may show variations in:
- Color and tone;
- Pattern and distribution of color;
- Translucency or opacity;
- Veining and mineral inclusions;
- Internal lines, clouds or natural formations;
- Texture;
- Small surface irregularities; and
- Other characteristics naturally associated with the mineral.
These variations are part of the individual character of natural materials and are not, by themselves, considered defects.
Small natural inclusions, mineral features or surface variations that do not materially compromise the structural integrity or normal wearability of the jewelry are also not considered manufacturing defects.
However, this does not mean that every crack, chip or structural problem is treated as a natural characteristic. If a stone arrives broken, significantly damaged, structurally compromised or materially inconsistent with the product description, please contact us so that we can review it.
Because natural materials vary from piece to piece, the exact stones you receive will not be identical to those photographed.
We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately. Slight differences in perceived color may also occur because of photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
4. STERLING SILVER, PLATED COMPONENTS & HAND-FINISHED SILVER
Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally develops signs of wear over time.
Tarnishing and oxidation are natural characteristics of silver and are not manufacturing defects. Exposure to air, moisture, skin chemistry and the surrounding environment can cause silver to darken or develop a patina.
Sterling silver is also softer than many industrial metals. Fine scratches, small surface marks and gradual changes in finish are therefore normal during wear.
Some components may feature plating, coating or another decorative surface finish. These finishes naturally experience gradual wear over time, particularly on areas exposed to repeated friction, skin contact, moisture, perspiration, perfume, cosmetics or chemicals.
Normal fading, thinning or gradual loss of plating or surface finish is considered wear rather than a manufacturing defect. However, unusually premature plating or finishing failure may be reviewed under our warranty where it appears to result from a manufacturing or finishing defect.
Many ASIA'NOBLE silver components are shaped, hammered, soldered, polished or otherwise finished by hand. Subtle variations in hammering, tooling, soldering, surface texture or finishing may remain visible and are part of the handcrafted character of the piece.
These hand-finishing characteristics are not considered defects when they do not compromise the function or structural integrity of the jewelry.
Adjustable or Flexible Silver Components
Silver components should not be repeatedly bent, twisted or opened farther than necessary for normal wear.
Repeated bending can fatigue the metal and eventually cause deformation or breakage. Damage resulting from excessive bending, repeated over-opening or improper handling is considered wear or accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect.
5. ELASTIC CORD, JEWELRY WIRE, BRAIDED & HAND-ASSEMBLED DESIGNS
Some ASIA'NOBLE pieces use elastic cord, jewelry wire, beading wire, braided fibers, threads or other hand-assembled construction methods.
These materials are selected according to the construction and intended wear of each design. Premature failure caused by defective materials or workmanship may be covered by our one-year limited craftsmanship warranty.
Flexible stringing materials are also subject to natural wear. Elastic cord may gradually soften, stretch or lose some elasticity through repeated use. Threads and braided fibers may develop surface abrasion or fraying over time.
Jewelry wire and beading wire may gradually experience metal fatigue, bending or kinking when repeatedly flexed, pulled, twisted or subjected to excessive force.
These forms of gradual wear are not considered manufacturing defects unless ASIA'NOBLE determines that the failure resulted from defective materials or workmanship.
Small secured or heat-finished thread ends may occasionally be visible where fibers are finished and stabilized. Minor variations in braiding, knotting, crimping and hand assembly are normal characteristics of handcrafted construction.
6. CLASPS, CONNECTORS & FASTENING COMPONENTS
Clasps, connectors and fastening components are covered by our one-year limited craftsmanship warranty where a failure is determined to result from defective materials, construction or assembly.
Damage caused by excessive pulling, impact, repeated bending, twisting, over-opening or other improper handling is considered wear or accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect.
Where a clasp or connector is designed to flex or open slightly during normal use, it should be opened only as much as necessary for comfortable wear.
7. CUSTOM-SIZE, ENGRAVED & PERSONALIZED PIECES
Items that are made specifically to an individual customer's specifications — including genuinely custom sizes outside our standard size options, engraving or other personalized modifications — are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Selecting one of the standard sizes offered on a product page does not, by itself, make an item a personalized or custom-size product under this policy.
Final-sale status does not remove warranty protection for defects.
If a custom, engraved or personalized piece arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not conform to what was ordered, please contact us. Our commercial warranty and any applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact:
Email: support@asia-noble.com
Please include, where available:
- Your order number;
- The name or email address used for the order;
- A brief description of the issue;
- When you first noticed the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the affected area and the overall piece.
If the item was received as a gift, we can still review the claim if the original order can reasonably be identified.
Photos help us understand the issue, but in some cases we may need to inspect the piece physically before making a final warranty determination.
Please do not send jewelry back to us without first receiving return instructions.
9. WARRANTY REMEDIES
If we determine that an issue is covered by our one-year limited craftsmanship warranty, ASIA'NOBLE will provide an appropriate remedy at no charge.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:
- Repair;
- Restringing or reconstruction;
- Replacement of elastic cord, jewelry wire, beading wire or another affected assembly material;
- Replacement or repair of an affected clasp, connector or component;
- Replacement of the piece; or
- Where repair or replacement is not reasonably available, another appropriate remedy such as a refund.
Because many of our pieces contain natural materials and hand-finished components, a replacement stone or component may not be identical in color, pattern or texture to the original. We will make reasonable efforts to select a visually suitable match.
If the original design, stone or component is no longer available, we will discuss available alternatives with you before proceeding.
Nothing in this section limits any remedy that you may be legally entitled to under applicable consumer law.
10. SHIPPING COSTS FOR COVERED WARRANTY CLAIMS
Where a claim is confirmed as covered by our commercial warranty, ASIA'NOBLE will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved warranty repair or replacement when arranged according to our instructions.
This may include reasonable return shipping required for inspection or repair and reasonable shipping of the repaired or replacement item back to you, where applicable.
Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
We cannot guarantee reimbursement of unauthorized, expedited or independently arranged shipping costs that were not approved by us in advance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. REPAIRS OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY
Jewelry often remains repairable even when an issue is not covered by the one-year craftsmanship warranty.
Where reasonably possible, ASIA'NOBLE may offer repair services for issues such as:
- Restringing or reconstruction;
- Replacement of worn elastic cord, thread or other stringing materials;
- Replacement of worn or damaged jewelry wire or beading wire;
- Replacement or repair of clasps or connectors;
- Replacement of certain missing or damaged components;
- Repair of accidental damage where reasonably possible; or
- Other repairable wear or damage.
Repair availability depends on the design, condition of the piece and availability of suitable materials or replacement components.
Repairs outside our commercial warranty may be subject to a repair fee, replacement-material cost and shipping charges.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, shipping costs associated with repairs that are not covered by our commercial warranty are normally the responsibility of the customer.
We will explain the available repair option and any applicable repair, material or shipping charges before paid repair work begins.
Submitting an item for assessment does not obligate you to proceed with a paid repair.
12. THIRD-PARTY REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS
We understand that customers may choose to have jewelry repaired or modified elsewhere.
However, our commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by or resulting from third-party repairs, modifications, resizing, restringing or alterations.
A third-party alteration does not automatically eliminate all warranty protection unrelated to that alteration; we will assess the actual cause of the issue when reviewing a claim.
13. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
European Union Customers
Our One-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by ASIA'NOBLE. It is additional to, and does not replace, reduce or limit, your statutory consumer rights.
Consumers in the European Union generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods. National laws in some countries may provide additional or longer protection.
Where goods are faulty, do not conform to their description or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to remedies under the laws applicable to your purchase, regardless of whether our one-year commercial warranty has expired.
Those statutory remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the conditions provided by applicable law are satisfied, a price reduction or refund.
United Kingdom Customers
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable UK consumer law in relation to faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.
Customers in Other Countries or Regions
Consumer protection laws differ by jurisdiction.
This commercial warranty gives you specific contractual benefits from ASIA'NOBLE, but you may also have additional rights under the mandatory consumer laws applicable to you.
Where any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited, the statutory right will prevail.
14. RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our Returns & Refunds Policy and this Warranty & Repairs Policy serve different purposes.
A return for change of mind is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
A claim involving an alleged defect, faulty workmanship or lack of conformity is handled under this Warranty & Repairs Policy and any applicable statutory consumer law.
The expiry of a voluntary return period does not, by itself, remove any warranty or statutory rights relating to defective goods.
